THE WORKSHOPThe world I made outgrew my memory of it; what I loved began to contradict itself. This is the workshop where I hold a universe to its word.
Character-first, local-first, built from the atom up; the atom is a person, and worlds accrete around them. Early, opinionated, and mine.
By page forty, a face has drifted. By issue three, the canon quietly argues with itself. Past a certain size no single memory can hold a world, and every universe that outlives its first story learns this. Mine did.
The workshop answers in two halves. The face: an identity-locked reference suite pins a character to one look, three views, before they reach a panel. The record: universe, series, issue, lore at every level, so the world checks itself as it grows. The first half works today; it is what you are about to see.
From a dossier, or one sentence, three artifacts are drawn, each from the last; the chain never loses the face it started with.

Regenerate an early image and everything downstream must be re-approved. Nothing is destroyed here, only archived. I do not lose things anymore.

Locking a face is the easier promise. The harder one is the record: a whole world kept honest as it grows, each new story checked against everything already true.
That is what I am building now. It is early; the scaffolding is real, the finished worlds are not ready to be seen. The discipline is the same one that keeps a face on-model, aimed at an entire cosmos. It has been patient with me.
